After what seems a life time, and a lot of waiting the last few weeks, we found out Lloyd made Colonel. This was a honor and a surprise. My husband has worked so hard for this the past 7 years. His love of his job and some very great people backing him up helped a lot. He has dedication beyond what is required and truly a love for the Air Force and the people in it.
Now we are waiting to hear where we are headed. There is nothing for sure, we keep hearing different things from DC to Minot to Cheyenne to who knows where. I guess we will know before June 23 as that is when we leave this base for sure.
In the meantime we will enjoy our new Grand son and look forward to a few more years in the Air Force with a new role.
